Lines are good, yes, but the colors need a bit more intensity I think, and some more contrast...

Nice concept, but the photo seems a bit foggy. Did you scan it in or is this a digital camera?

Sorry - now I know to be way more specific with my description in photography!!
I used an SLR - Canon AE1 program - manual settings - I could not remember what they were to save my life - I scanned the photo in a slide scanner. Maybe i should attempt it again since i have some recent comments.
I did print this file on a color plotter that oversaturates images, so it actually came out looking great!
I will repost the pic - not so washed out.
